THE CITATIONS OF THE SUPREME COURT PARTIALITY
EXCERPTED FROM THE PIZARRO CASE DECISION BY JUSTICE MARTIRES
ON PART OF THE COMPLAINANT
The court dismissed other allegations against Pizarro as they are not supported by evidence.
ON PART RESPONDENT PIZARRO
The court upheld statements, "he had learned that he had terminal cancer" from Pizarro even without showing any evidence to support it profounded in the decision. The court then, as evidence of its partiality, coined the phrase "indiscretion of a dying man" to connote as the proximate cause of the wrongful act to mitigate Pizarro's wrongdoing to justify a meager penalty favorable to respondent, Pizarro. What a blatant display of partiality?.
